Exceptional customer service! Highly recommend
Our primary reason for hiring Total Pressure Washing was to help us prep our front porch for painting.The rest of the house was secondary. We also didn't know it was low pressure until after he was done and left and we looked at his card. When he left the porch was still covered in chipping paint and a soapy residue that took me three times to get completely rinsed off before I could start painting. He also left streaks on my windows and brick because he left the solution on too long. We won't be using them again.
Jon did an excellent job. He drove 50 miles out of his comfort zone to the boonies to do our house. 1500Sq Ft only took him just under an hour to do. Our whites have never been whiter because of his soft wash 🧼 system. No damage, no streaks, and your left with cleanliness and brightness. We’ll definitely be hiring him to do our house again after the summer rains come.

John was quick to respond to our online request for a quote. The price was reasonable. We had our home washed. The home is both brick and hardy board siding. The team was pleasant, courteous, and efficient. It is evident that the team takes pride in their work. We will likely use them again.
I used Total Pressure Washing today for my pool surround/ backyard. and car port area. Jon, the owner, was very knowledgeable and helpful with the set up and locking in the service that I needed. Jon and Jeremey came out, were efficient with time, and did an excellent job- results were amazing/beyond satisfactory! (Night and day difference). On top of that, they were very professional and had exceptional customer service- I'd definitely recommend/use again. Thanks!
