Horrible company. Took a deposit and never returned. Called them and the lady yelled at me and hung up. Avoid at all costs!

Terrible company. They committed to coming at a certain time and then bailed on me last minute. Horrible customer service. These types of companies need to be avoided so they can just go out of business and close up.

Like all reviews here, this company is to be avoided. For anyone who is assigned this company from your home warranty, request they pick a different company. It took several calls to set up the service. Their excuse was that they were switching their phone lines and couldn’t answer. Once service was confirmed, they did not honor the time window. Finally I find the company that I can use always they were on time did the job right very professionally thank you total plumbing finally I have hot water The owner is very nice and friendly I highly recommended total plumbing thank you
