The NP Shannon is so sweet and helpful and Kim the receptionist is just phenomenal and so sweet and helpful. Really great office!
I’ve been coming to this office for over 10 years. You can never reach somebody during normal business hours. And if you need a refill on a prescription, you can be prepared to wait days for it to be filled…..having to call numerous times. Any lab work or medical imaging, they will call you 2 to 3 weeks later with the results. You’re lucky if the doctor spends 10 minutes with you. Their backs to you while they type on the computer in those 10 minutes. All totally unacceptable. Time to look elsewhere!
DO NOT RECOMMEND, HORRIBLY DISMISSIVE I have been coming to this practice for about 5-6 years now and have become so increasingly disappointed and frustrated in the last 3 years. Dr. Alonzo was great at first, but has become so dismissive and inconsiderate the patients. Regardless of long wait times in the office, lessening schedule options due to cut hours, and the impossible nature of reaching an office staff. Did blood work on 10/24/25 got a call about results on 11/08/25. Sorry but this is totally unacceptable. My old primary care office would have called in 3 days or less. Sorry my old Dr. retired.
