Nurse Practitioner Shannon takes appointments in jeans with a nose ring. She had no sympathy and was clearly more interested in billing me. Told me to suffer it out and come back in 5 days instead of prescribing anything “incase” I didn’t need it. I’ve gone here for over 10 years but will find a new doctor’s office. Dr. Srour left and NP Boggs retired. They have really gone downhill.
What used to be a great experience at this doctor's office has slowly declined. Waiting an hour in waiting room for an appointment and no one ever answers the phone. If you want to get in touch with someone you have to leave a message to make an appointment.
takes a long time to refill medication! both my pharmacist called and myself and it took 12 days to refill my blood pressure medication. i was off it for 5 days! Considering i have stroke on my family genes they are lucky i didn’t stroke out! Needless to say im looking for another doctor
I just left the office worse off than when I arrived. The NP was dismissive, aggressive and offensive. I will be changing doctors. Everyone has bad days but patients should be treated with respect.
