Dr is great when I can get an appointment. Always get their answering machine during normal business hours, can’t leave voicemails for a callback… Edit: called again at 4:25p - answering machine… is there another #???
Started there a year ago after moving to Jersey. Front staff is great . They respond to my calls in a timely fashion . Dr. Galani is excellent and nurse practitioner is also excellent .
My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Gilani and Total Patient Care for over 17 years and cannot say enough wonderful words about Dr. Gilani and his incredible support staff. The nurses, especially at the front desk, are the nicest!!
Been coming here for years. Front staff is very friendly. Dr. Alcasid, not so much. She doesn’t listen to your concerns. She will see you for why you are there and nothing else. Very condescending as well. She has her back to you most of the visit because she is on the computer. “Diagnosed” me in 2 minutes without even doing an exam. Prescribes (many) medications that aren’t necessary. You’ll wait an hour to see her and the most time she’s ever spent with me is maybe 10 minutes. Makes no eye contact whatsoever. Would give zero stars. Firstly, Dr. Srour allowed my elderly father to drive to the hospital in new onset rapid a-fib and very hypertensive!! What a liability!! Wouldn't answer any of my questions (I'm a nurse practitioner, myself). Secondly, he had been asking for 6 weeks for a CXR for a persistent cough. They dismissed his symptoms as a URI. Saw the FNP, Susan Boggs, the day prior for same symptomatology, did NOT do a CXR, prescribed him Augmentin, AND told my father to stop his blood pressure medication. Chalked his cough... read more
