Inefficient and rude front desk staff. This is my first time here but my sister comes with her regularly. She said "hope you have a snack" because the wait is so long. Today her appt was at 11, its after 12 and still waiting! Initial appt was 4 hrs wait time she said. Never coming back here.
It has the worst customers service that I've ever seen!! My appointment was at 9:30 and i was seen at 11 and then i was waiting in the room for another hour and the doctor only saw me for 5 minutes
Long waits but staff is nice and Dr f is very nice.
