I walked in for a minor 5th-metacarpal fracture If you’re going here, prepare to wait 2hrs to be seen by a doctor who has little patience for your questions. Save all your questions for the end of his lecture and he may not directly address your question. Should you insist on your unaddressed question he may belittle you. This was my experience. Hard to find parking! This is a Patient factory; sign in, get asked to pay within 5 minutes without ever meeting Dr, sit in waiting room with at least 10 people(wait), sit in Xray room (wait), sit in examine room (wait), see Dr. For 3 minutes!, wait in line to check out and make another appointment(which the Dr hasn't indicated on sheet, takes my word for it)! Ask for receipt with EXACT procedure done am told to call in a week to have it mailed to me! My insurance doesn't accept a generic receipt with PAID TO TOC!
Worse place ever. Rude employees who dont want to do there job. Been waiting over an hour and a half to be seen and all i keep hearing is your chart is up there and nothing. This place is BS i would never recommend them to anyone.
