Exactly what everyone else said - the only thing you can count on with this company is that they will not answer your emails or phone calls or show up whether something is urgent or emergent. If I got hired to sabotage the properties they manage, I wouldn't be able to do a better job. UPDATE: even after publicly posting that they would me solving my issue A MONTH ago, they still didn't do absolutely anything about it, perfectly confirming what everyone said about them

Very relieved that today marks the end of a very bumpy 2 year ride with this company. Had to have legal help having a refundable deposit check duly returned—after 6 months. I could well relate to most of the reviews posted above.

Impossible to contact. Looking for a credit back to my card and cannot get hold of them. Amazingly, I happened to speak to Adriana from AP on 1/5/24. She asked I send the contract which I did immediately. Since then, crickets. Emails and voicemails unanswered. I left a voicemail for every department. No response. They should not be allowed to hold onto my money that long. Who is managing them??
