This is the place to go. Andrew is the best. He is thorough, problem solving, finds work-arounds, delivers and more. Can't praise him enough. I saw a proprietor who demonstrated: caring, concern, curiosity, dependability, honesty, and whose qualities, as a fellow human being, made for success. He has come through many times over the years.
Saved my day. – I was helped with my Mac 9600 computer which I use to edit films with an Avid program. They saved my day and my film and solved all the problems expeditiously with care and know-how. I will sing their praises forever.
powerbook repair – After Apple wanted $395 to repair my Powerbook, and with no guaranty from Apple that my data would survive, I went to The Total Mac on Geary blvd. They gave me a fair price ($150 less than Apple) and saved and restored my data. This was all done in just 48 hours and they even fixed some of my stuck keys at no extra charge! Highly recommended.
