I have known Dr. Sonya and Dr. Chris for a few years now and I have visited TLC on many occasions. They both are very talented and know their profession very well. I have also attended several of their workshops and always get a lot from them. I haven't felt joint pain and sciatica for years now and I have them to thank for getting me back on track. I highly recommend Total Lifestyle Chiropractic.
I absolutely love Total Lifestyle Chiropractic! Dr. Sonya does my alignments, and I'm so impressed with her, and how my flexibility/mobility has completely changed! There are exercises afterwards, which I feel have contributed to my treatments, and the cost was surprisingly affordable. Love Total Lifestyle!!
Wow, what a difference one month makes when you put your trust in these amazing folks! I went to Dr. Chris on the recommendation of my coach at Wildfire CrossFit and so glad I did. My ankle was constantly swelling and hurting and it turns out it was because of a hip alignment issue. Only one month later and not only is my ankle 95% better, I am also more alert, I sleep better and I feel great. Everyone there is friendly and helpful. Feels like family. Thank you TLC!

I went to Total Lifestyle Chiropractic today and was super impressed with my intake visit! Not only does the office love Juice Plus, but the people are positive and passionate. I did not know that chiropractors are actually dealing with the nervous system. They did some X-rays and imaging, and already are addressing my issues. I look forward to continuing my care at this provider!!
