I've never been to a chiropractor so I didn't know what to expect when I went to Total Lifestyle Chiropractic for my foot/ankle injury. Let me just say I was IMPRESSED by the amount of initial information Dr. Chris gave me even before he started treating me for my injury. We were able to narrow down some reasons why my injury happened and through my visits, I'm back to running like normal! Yay!
Dr. Chirs was incredible! I injured my shoulder training and he was able to get everything back in place and have me ready for a competition a few days later. Friendly staff, great service, & truly understand the needs of athletes.
I am so relieved that only after 2 treatments my shoulder injury, that I’ve been suffering with for 3 weeks is finally loose.
