On the recommendation of a family member, (and after consulting with several other contractors), I hired Total Landscape Designs & Development to replace our existing redwood deck with an upgrade. We just wrapped up a major front yard landscaping project and I could not be happier. We did hard scaping, planting, irrigation, lighting , and drainage. Juan and his team were fast and responsive. I was super impressed with the quality and the value of the work. Once we agreed on the project and the quote there were no surprises or hidden costs. Most importantly Juan is totally honest, straight forward, and easy to work with. I will continue to use them when we upgrade our backyard in a few years.
Juan and his whole team have been fantastic with our backyard project in Escondido. We were starting from scratch in a new development so there was a lot of work to be done. I chose TLD because they were responsive, fairly priced and we had seen their work in the neighborhood. They think of details we would not have and have been very patient with us every step of the way. I would definitely use them again!
