Juan and his team are absolutely the best. They are dedicated, hard-working and have a wonderful attention to detail. Daily communication helps everything run smoothly and feel stress-free. The team built our pergola, did brick work, a bbq, deck spa pad, soft-scape and a gas line for our fire pit. Not to mention moving a giant fountain into place. Everything was done with care and the results are beautiful. I cannot recommend them highly enough!
Juan is excellent to work with. We had a large job including a French drain, concrete, retaining wall, flagstone path, lighting, turf, irrigation and demo/planting of the entire yard in Point Loma. His team was on time, hard working and responsible. Juan was frequently on site, always available to answer questions and pleasant to work with. He came in on time and within budget and worked seamlessly with our Landscape Designer. Highly recommend.
Juan and his team did a great job at our home. They hauled away a huge amount of concrete and our old broken deck, fixed some long -standing drainage issues in our yard (installed underground drainage pipes, a sump pump, and re-graded areas of the yard), rebuilt a small deck, poured a concrete path, and developed a simple landscape design. On the recommendation of a family member, (and after consulting with several other contractors), I hired Total Landscape Designs & Development to replace our existing redwood deck with an upgrade. We wanted something that would be low maintenance, open our views to the canyon, and that would last! In consultation with Juan, we decided to go with Azek Trex for the flooring and stairs and horizontal iron railings all around.
