I had a total hip replacement 2 days ago with Dr. Bradbury at TJS. I’ve had a bad hip since I was a kid and have lived my life with it for about 30 years. I’ve been able to do everything I’ve wanted but my range of motion was getting worse and pain was getting more frequent. I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Bradbury and his team. From the very first consultation for my full knee replacement, I felt confident that I was in the best possible hands. I have no complaints about my surgeon who did a wonderful job on my knee replacement, the staff at the Hammond Dr. surgery center is the problem. Both the OR staff and the post op nursing staff were beyond unprofessional. The OR staff violated the patient bill of rights in regards to providing care with "courtesy, respect, and dignity". Perhaps they should check to see if the patient is awake from anesthesia before making comments about the patients appearance that the patient can hear.
