We had Austin come out for the second time. It has been about a year between visits. Our young dog had done some damage to a small area of the living room. I had placed a plant pot on the ground not knowing the price tag had molded and left a dark mark on carpet. The back door had darkened the carpet from the door seal dragging. Austin was able to remove all of the problem areas. we have a lighter tan carpet. it looks brand new again and smells fantastic. As always Austin was very professional and a super nice guy.
Highly recommend!! I wish I took before and after pictures but I forgot. Our carpet looked brand new when he was finished! He got every single stain out. We will always use this company!

I use Total Impact at my house and also team with him to clean carpets for me on any jobs that need it. Austin is fast and detailed and does an amazing job. Austin is always willing to help out if I need it. He has even helped me out on a Saturday in an emergency situation to make sure I was taken care of.
He was very polite and did such an amazing job on my carpet and couch! Very reasonable too! Would highly recommend him, and plan on using him in the future!
