I can't recommend Austin and Total Impact Carpet Cleaning highly enough! Austin communicated quickly and clearly. He worked miracles on our carpets. Honestly, I didn't have high hopes because our carpets were so wrecked and I had tried everything myself to remove some stains. But now, they look brand new. I'm blown away. Austin was also great with my kids, who of course wanted to watch and had one hundred questions. Means a lot! We will definitely be using this service again!

We just have stairs with carpet, they turned out absolutely amazing! Very inexpensive and friendly crew! Won’t call anyone else.
