I never used health care services before, but my father comes out of the hospital with a stroke so I call an agency for services. I called Total Home as I found them in a Lifestyle magazine. I call them and i was told to call somebody else so i did it but got no answer and i decided to go to a new agency. But a nice lady call me in the middle and told me about the services and the prices and the paym modality it certainly click right on me.
