I called to inquire about if they have availability and right away someone VERY rudely answered saying that I just called them, and kept re-stating that, even though I did not call them at all before that. I tried to call back to get through to a supervisor and they stopped answering. they didn’t even ask for my name or how they can help set up an appointment just dismissed and ignored me. Definitely will not be getting tested here. Ever. Horrible service.
I had a terrible yeast infections that seemed like it would never end when I decided to use your urgent care online service. Through telehealth and telemedicine I was able to get the prescription I needed and now that I feel totally relieved all I can say is thank you so much!
