I started going there after seeing great success with Ideal Protein from a few co workers. It helped me drop 40# and gain control over sugar cravings. Took a break from it over the winter andwas able to maintain until ready to drop the last 20#. I began doing spinal rehab over 6 months ago and now feel so wonderful. The team there is all so wonderful. Thank you for everything
Both Julie and I have many fond memories of Total Health over the years. Great staff who really truly care about their patients. Cool memories include Dr. Ryan and everyone there dressing up for holiday events, that bell to ring by the door and the informative special presentations that each week and month help us to learn more about living a healthy lifestyle.
Actually I give it a 10!!!! The best chiropractic center in the area.
