I love how they have a pediatric chiropractor on staff. She was so pleasant and my daughter did so well with her during her first adjustment.
I wouldn’t go anywhere else for my spine health. Dr. Ryan, Dr. Monica and Dr. Ian are the best there is.

Total Health Spine and Nutrition is amazing! The office is very forward-thinking and their staff is so warm. They have helped me immensely. I had hip pain that resulted in weakness down my leg that has been resolved. I also have less back tightness and less headaches. Highly recommend!
If you want an adjustment this is not the place to go. They want to make a “health plan” for you and keep you coming back to take more of your money. After telling my husband she would do a full adjustment at their next visit, this still didn’t happen. We’re out $100 and my husband hips still aren’t adjusted.
I am amazed how much my total health has improved since I started coming to Total Health Spine and Nutrition. I have been receiving Chriopractic care for 30 years and never received the lasting results the way I am now. The staff is very welcoming and knowledgeable which makes me look forward to my appointments. The Dr’s listen and truly cater your care to your needs. I highly recommend them.
