Second visit their while traveling on business. Vicki was the instructor for the 30 minute GRIT strength session. She encourages everyone to perform at there best level! Hard to believe that in just thirty minutes she had my shirt soaking wet. For her it all seemed like a walk in the park.
Total fit is the best fitness studio I have ever worked out at. The classes are challenging and the instructors are amazing. I always leave there so energized and can't wait to go back!
