RecommendedHotworx is great! Owner is very helpful with answering questions & a lot I f different classes are offered! Only downfall - no showers 😢
I haven’t experienced much of what this place has to offer yet. I went for my groupon deal for the infrared sauna. It was very nice and clean, but the girl at the front desk wasn’t very helpful to a first timer. More direction/instruction would’ve been better.
I've been to a lot of gyms and Total Fitness Studio is by far the best! The instructors are absolutely awesome, and motivate you to reach your goals. Since the classes are small, you receive more direction and help with form, modifications etc than 'big box' gyms. The workouts are also effective! Plus - on top of getting a great workout you'll probably make some friends, too.
