Total Fitness has been great! I had a membership for a while. I didn’t go as often as I had planned, but every time I went, I felt no judgement, used both cardio and weight-lifting machines, and was never disappointed with their equipment, staff, atmosphere, or cleanliness. I ended up moving before I was a member for an entire year, and they made it simple and easy for me to cancel my membership.
If I could give zero stars I would. My husband cancelled his membership and everything was fine for 2 months. Then they charge him today, out of the blue saying they "lost" his cancel membership form! Right. ?? Very bad business practices, in my opinion. Who does your AP/AR? A monkey? Unprofessional to say the least. THEY HAVE NOW BLOCKED ME FROM BEING ABLE TO RESPOND TO COMMENTS ON MY OWN REVIEW. RIDICULOUS

I keep getting told the air conditioner in the women’s gym will get fixed the next day. It’s been at least 2 weeks (maybe more). How long does it take? This happened last year too. It’s impossible to work out when you hit that heat wall stepping in the room. What’s going on?

It’s not financial. No one in our area stocks the parts that were needed for that unit. Every year when it first gets hot we have maintenance issues with the units as they get serviced this time every year. We don’t know what’s wrong until they fire up for Summer.
They have everything you could ever want in a gym. Friendly staff, and a kids room!
Great gym. Clean. So many different programs, equipment, etc. Lap pool is wonderful. Friendly people.
