No apology for allowing a rental customer to walk out with the rental gun in tow! This allowed him to go to west Lansing and kill a women! He was denied to purchase a gun due to a back ground check.
Best place to go for shooting or buying a gun! Staff is very helpful

I had an amazing experience yesterday working with Jason Clark, he not only helped me find the firearm that was perfect for my needs but also got it all set up for my left handed function, picked me out a holster, and put that together as well. My boyfriend and I have came in here a few times for either ammo for duck season, or just to browse at the gun selection. We thought we would give going here another try, and after the third time we were reminded why we didn't like the other two experiences as well. We stood for about 20 minutes waiting to get some help over the counter and received no help, we finally left after no contact. Yesterday was my first experience with Total Firearms. Was very happy with the friendly service I received. Jason was very helpful showing us around and making us feel comfortable as new customers.
