Had my first visit to Total-Firearms today and it was an AMAZING experience! I am a new gun owner and ED, the RO, was so kind and informative. He was extremely helpful without making me feel awkward... Will definitely go back!

Horrible experience with this company!! Had a custom-made 12-gauge shot gun sent from out of state from a friend for a gift. We were in complete contact with TFA in the beginning before it was shipped with all contact information supplied. Never received a call when it was received. Said they didn’t have our contact number. It’s been over TWO weeks since TFA received gun. Called today to follow up, said it was shipped back due to denial. I will never go back to total firearms again. My experience with the store was not a good one. Not all the employees there are rude but the majority of them are. I mean when one of the employees rolls their eyes at me just because I wanted to check out a certain firearm is just plan rude. That is your job to show me products that I am curious about. No thank you, I'll go somewhere else.

I was here the other day as a first time shooter. I was extremely impressed with the staff. They were so helpful and friendly. The range was kept very clean and the gentleman working in the range was so kind and took his time to explain everything. I would definitely come back again as well as recommending to friends! Nice staff, range was pretty good. Prices are good for range rental and pistol rental and they give a small discount to military. Prices on firearms are high though. Over all good experience and would recommend to go here for your range time.

And for future reference, we do price matching for stores up to an hour driving distance with the exception of military and police equipment stores that offer first responder discounts. We went yesterday morning as a girls day and we had a great time!! 3 of us were new to using a gun and 1 of us had a little experience, we didn’t have to wait long at all to get into a lane and our gun safety started before we even walked through the range doors!
