We apologize for the bad experience you had, however your wife asked for a small 9mm handgun and was given 3 recommendations. She picked the gun she liked most out of those 3. She also handled AND operated each firearm before making her decision. We do not pick the guns for our customers. We let them make the decision. Great place to spend an afternoon with friends!
It's a nice facility. The facility itself has an indoor range and permits centerfire calibers, but some staff members had a very sexist and disrespectful attitude towards me. I have been competing with firearms for years at the national level and work closely with firearms, myself. I would recommend the facility, but not the staff.
