Great service and patience
If you need a new PCP this is the place to be! Shawnna Fitzwater is an amazing provider who understands what you need and will provide you with answers to your question regarding your health. She’s very knowledgeable and knows what’s she’s doing. I highly recommend coming in to see her. The staff here is also amazing, they take care of you and make you feel welcome. They take a lot of insurances so the process is smooth. Office is located in St. Rose and it’s a prime area to be in. Such a clean and beautiful office!

I was looking for a PCP and found Total Family Care was close to my home. Shawnna Fitzwater had great reviews online which gave me hope considering how difficult it is to find a provider that actually cares. Ryan greeted me at the front and was very welcoming. Shawnna really took the time to sit down, listen to my concerns and come up with a plan for me. She offered me resources and encouraged me to reach back out should I have any concerns. Overall extremely satisfied with my experience and will be returning.
