I had the worst experience with this office. Only been 3 times for annual visits. Tried to give it a chance as my primary care Dr recommended her. Each visit was the same “sales pitch” rehearsed. I know it by heart! Office is so unkept and unorganized. Each appointment I was kept in the waiting room for over an hour. Her answer to everything is “dry eye”!!!!! Third appointment went terribly wrong and I will not be returning and I recommend you do the same!!!
Dr. Iman Ali is the best! She did a very thorough Eye exam and her staff was very helpful and professional. Highly recommended 🙏✊💯
I have been a patient of Dr. Ali’s for five years. I have never waited for a long time for an appointment. Her office staff is always professional and friendly. She herself always gives me her undivided attention during exams. When Dr. Cote passed away I thought I would never find an eye Doctor even half as good as he was. Well I am pleased to say in my opinion I did with Dr. Ali.
One of the worst offices ever! I had to leave this office. So unorganized. They overbook all the time! My appointment was 930. I got called in at 10:40. Didn't leave u til 11:22 that's ridiculous!
