My wife and I were panicking because our A.C. went out at the end of May. Every heating and cooling company is swamped this time of year. But, we thought we'd try. So, we called Total Energy at about 4pm. At 4:30, Greg was in our driveway. At around 5:15 Greg was pulling out of our driveway because he had diagnosed the problem, solved the problem, and provided amazing customer service.
Wow!! You guys are amazing! We had Jason come out to our house today and I just wanted to say what a wonderful employee you all have. He was quick, efficient and courteous. He definitely made us a Total Energy Management family. Thank you for what you do and for employing such wonderful employees. We are very very satisfied customers. We would absolutely recommend Total Energy Management to anyone and everyone.
Total Energy is amazing. We have done business with them since 1982 and have always had great results. You'll love them.

Yesterday morning we called Total Energy Management and today you saved us from a very uncomfortable weekend...forecast to be in the 100's starting tomorrow. Jason Wright arrived promptly yesterday to diagnose the problem. He was able to figure out a way to get us back up and running the very next day with no real delays.
