This clinic has the worst time management. They can NEVER take appointment on time and there is at least 25 mins delay. However, Dr. Au is patient and has great customer service and skills. Do not recommend if you have a tight schedule. Otherwise, everything else is ok.
Caring and Efficient I had an unfortunate bicycle accident during Covid Victoria Day weekend. I sustained serious damage to my mouth and chin. One front tooth came out and another one got chipped. My husband contacted Dr Au who gave us critical advice over the phone on how to preserve the avulsed tooth. He also gave us instructions to go to his office to perform emergency service to replant my tooth in the socket.
