I've been with Dr Au over 10+ years, with the poor receptionist, worst appointment time management, I can tolerate. However, recently I was with my 91 years old father to have his teeth removal and denture replacement. Dr Au pulled out the wrong tooth with negligence cannot be accepted.
Visited for second opinion, but was complained about not being happy with me seeing other dentist… Beware of MINIMUM CHARGE ($50) for each visit. Once was happy that being told by Dr Sun the treatment had been suggested by the previous dentist was not necessary; very confused of last suggestion from the reception, “you may still go to visit back the dentist to do the treatment. Dr. Angela Sun was incredible with 2 year old`s first dental appointment. She took the time to introduce him to all the gear including letting him feel the soft tooth tickler brush, showing him how it worked on his little finger and letting him sniff the children`s polish paste. She cheerfully spoke to him during the whole process and was very encouraging and comforting throughout. It was amazing to watch.
