customer service is so personal, that I feel they are my friends I've been to several dental offices and the treatment I received was just OK, full of pain as expected when you go to see a dentist, and full of mystery. I didn't know what exactly I was getting done nor what exactly my insurance covered or how much they would pay. Tried to cheat me and my insurance I tried this place out because it was closer to work and my guy friends tried to tell me how cool it was that it is super high-tech, and you have your own TV screen, and you can watch a movie while they work on you, blah, blah, blah. Big mistake. I should have driven the extra 10-15 minutes and stuck with Long Beach Dental Group office where I had gone to for a couple years and been happy. Here's what happened... The Most Professional Doctors I have ever been treated by! I have to tell you that I, like most people hate visiting the dentist. My visit to Long Beach Total was the most amazing experience. I can actually say I had a great time getting my teeth cleaned. The Male Doctor, Dr. Singh, I saw was so knowledgeable and professional. He has an Australian accent but speaks very clearly and articulately. Good dentists- but hire a cleaning service! My experience of Total Dental Care is mixed. The dentists themselves seem knowledgable and I was pleased with the work they did. The prices are reasonable, however I did feel that they tried to "upsell" several procedures- saying I had all these teeth with large problems when I've never a)had any pain/discomfort in those teeth and b) never was told by two previous dentists that these were areas to even watch. But they are trying to make a living- fair enough. I had done just what I... read more

Well I called my friend who had been raving about his dentist for over a year to me and got the phone number for Total Dental Care, and made my appointment. I was seen that very day.
