prices HIGH The prices were very high , One hundred and ninety five dollars to pull a tooth? Other dentists charge 90.00 per tooth Obviousely some of these other reviews are from the employees that work there. The doctor was nice and professional though.. what cracked me up though, is he came out with a price to fix all the teeth for eight thousand dollars, like most working americans have eight thousand dollars lying around the house. I called several dental offices on saturday hoping that they would be open; I luckely called Long Beach Total Dental Care. The receptionist was so kind to squeeze me in, she advised me to come in and that they might be a wait because patients that had booked appointments had to be seen first. Thank you Total Dental Care! Haven't been to the dentist in years. Deathly afraid.... SO when I got this horrible toothache I called them for HELP! They saw me RIGHT AWAY! They accepted my insurance and treated me kindly. I only wanted to address my tooth ache but for $35.00 they were willing to do this full exam of my whole mouth and get a full estimate. I am very well satisfied with the results I received from your utmost professionalism He answers your questions and explains to you what he is doing. He is very patient with the patient (me!). His staff is wonderful too! It is truly a pleasure going to Dr. Singh.
Total Dental Care is great I really liked this dental office, the work I needed was very expensive but they were able to work with my finances. That was great. I recommend this place.
expensive but worth it I like this place but they are expensive. I honestly like the service in general, staff was friendly, doctors articulated the diagnosis in simple terms. They play a video of the procedures I needed, which really helped me get a better idea of what services I needed and why I needed them. Only problem was they didn't take HMO insurances only PPO.
excelent work Service is great at Total dental, I went in with a serious tooth ache, due to an infection,Staff was very helpful and gave me service right away, Staff worked with my Dental insurance, made a referral and got them to cover part of the work I had to get done, and I was very satisfied with the price at the end. they took care of my tooth pain, and infection.I would recommend this office to others, its a very comfortable place, staff is very understanding and helpful. I have been going there since.
customer service is so personal, that I feel they are my friends I've been to several dental offices and the treatment I received was just OK, full of pain as expected when you go to see a dentist, and full of mystery. I didn't know what exactly I was getting done nor what exactly my insurance covered or how much they would pay. Dr's usually didn't speak English very well and the worst thing is that they wouldn't look to me in my eye at all.
