My son goes to Jen and Kristina cuts/colors my hair. We are always pleased with the conversation, customer service, and the finished product. I’ve used Total Concepts for almost 8 years! I used to drive from Alamance County to find a salon that used non-toxic products. I’ve seen Kristina primarily but also Courtney and Jennifer. All do an excellent job. The products are healthier but there is no sacrifice in quality or performance. Highly recommend!!

I've been going to Total Concepts Salon for almost 2 years now and have had a wonderful experience every time due to the knowledge and expertise of the stylists, as well as their great attitudes. Kristina usually colors my hair, but a few other stylists have done it when she was unavailable, and they have all done a wonderful job as well. Total Concepts is also the most affordable salon in the area. My husband has even started getting his haircuts here. As long as I live in Cary, I will keep coming to this salon!

I absolutely love Kristina and her great products!! I’ve been coming regularly every 6 weeks or sometimes less, for 8 years now I think it is!!! I had been using the regular color for years before that, but had experienced severe burning and pain with the color. I stopped coloring for a while, but HATED looking like my grandmother!!! I was SO happy when I found a natural salon, where I can still get my color done and look gorgeous without the toxins!!!
