Faulty work, unreliable service, and the technician is a liar. After Hundreds of dollars spent with this company & 3 reschedules because they can't stick to a scheduled time my AC broke 4 days later. Stay far AWAY from this company. You could be next!
After a little over a year in my new home my A/C unit failed. I had no idea who to call so I started by going on google and looking for an Carrier A/C repair service company. This is the BEST company ever! I was worried when my A/C went out. I was in the middle of a move and the last thing I needed was to replace my A/C. Earl worked with me on the best solution, but made sure that everything was up and running. He was a true life saver.
