Their front desk people are extremely unprofessional, rude and even lied to patients. Our daughter was due for her 2 months checkup and I scheduled for Saturday morning 9am. I fed the baby around 7:30am and showed up at 8:45am. Apparently they double booked the 9am appointment and there were already 4 more kids waiting to be seen. I was told that they actually go by appointment time and walk-ins will be seen afterwards, so I would be the 2nd to be seen.
