About 5 years ago I wrote a review about them destroying $3000 AFOs during the pandemic bethe woman I was taking there had just had open heart surgery and was told this and they destroyed them anyway. Well about 2 months ago I took her back to pick up shoes and didn't have any problems at all but because of their screw up in Miss sizing her shoes it meant that I had to take her back today! Not happy with Total Care recently. They used to be great. But recently, they have become very expense and not cheap. Wanted a pair of orthotics redone. In the past they would do the top and bottom for no charge. Now they want $150 to only do the top??? I will go elsewhere from now on.
