I have been there a couple of time for appointments and the staff have been VERY helpful and cheerful and I didn't feel rushed. It is nice that they are so up to date with new medical techniques. I will definitely be recommending my friends and family. Thank you for taking the time to listen and keeping up on new techniques.
I've been a patient of Aaron's and Total care clinic for a few years now. I've always had different "specialist" I had to go to and it was not convenient having multiple DR's, multiple appointments, multiple co pays ect. With Total Care I have been able to eliminate the rest! I now can be seen for checking my thyroid, hormones or birth control, annual check ups, or when my kiddos are sick ( I wont take them to urgent care when I know they can be seen by more attentive providers here). The staff and providers at Total Care make me feel like I matter, they listen to me and my symptoms and work out a care plan to get me well and healthy again. I recommend them to everyone I know!
I went to total care with knee pain and Aaron Johnson was amazing he payed attention to me and my concerns gave me options on what we can do. He is a awesome provider and person and I will continue coming to see him and his friendly staff! If I could I would rate them a lot more than 5 stars! Everyone there from the front desk to all the doctors are the best around the Tri cities! Highly recommend them to anyone!
