I was hurt at work in January in the bad weather & someone recommended Total Care, Tyler is very nice, all of the employees have been professional, it is busy, but if you get on the patient portal & request refills or leave them a message they have always called me back and my meds have been refilled. .. Their phones are really busy & I think it is because they do so much different patient care in their clinic.
I have tried calling them and it is obvious they are very busy because they are extremely difficult to get in touch with. It is Monday morning at 9:45 and their automated service keeps hanging up on me because it says they are not open at the moment. However, it also states they open at 8am. ARNP Johnson was to review my labs remotely. I have tried contacting him for 2 weeks now and no luck. They refused to wrap my elbow according to how they said it should be. I asked them to do it the right way, they said no. I started recoding the conversation (what is my right ) the Dr. told me to get out and not come back.
When I first moved to Richland last Fall, Ron Ferranco was seeing me and we had a very good patient-ARPN relationship going. I was new here and the main reason I left was to get a team of Dr's closer to me and all on Kadlec's K Chart.
