Can't even begin to explain how happy I am with the quality of service I receive today at Total Auto Repair Service. Tom explained in detail what was needed and how much it will cost. Never again will I take my Vehicle to the Honda dealer for any type of service.
I have used Total Auto Repair professionally and personally for our auto repair needs. Tom performs work with the utmost integrity and his pricing is reasonable. We have used him for thousands of dollars worth the work and would not use another mechanic.

Tom is one of a kind, he explains problems and solutions in layman's terms, he does his best to lay out several solution options, and he isn't trying to sell you bullshit. I know he appreciates every customer that he has and they appreciate him too, it's loyalty all around. He will also never turn down cookies 😋
Places like Firestone will replace entire parts to resolve a problem. Tom will take the time to see if there is an alternative to solving your vehicles problem. He is a true mechanic!
