Mauricio is very skilled & knows what he is doing. I have worked with many mechanics & visited many shops. He keeps the shop clean & tidy. He has performed a great job write Infront of my eyes. I usually do all the work on my own car, but this time I was in a real jam and needed my car back fast. I called Total Auto Repair and Mauricio answered the phone. From the jump he was professional and straight up. He even offered to send a tow truck since he has one, but I already had AAA and had the car brought over. I explained that I really needed my car early the next morning, and he made it happen. These guys do a professional job at a reasonable price. They back up their work . I have sent family and friends to Total Auto without worries. They do quality service.
Very bad work they have done for me, they are not responsible for the faults they have, they ordered a part for my truck on eBay, they charged me $260 for the part and the part was not available, I returned it to them and they did not want to give me my money back. I know that the part did not cost that amount, after many days, like three weeks of returning the part, they only gave me back $160 and they acted offended, it was a used part.
