Would Use Again! My husband and I have many talents, however, repairing a broken appliance is not one of them. When our air conditioner stopped working, we were at a total loss and didn't want to monkey around with it on our own. I called the manufacturer and was told that someone could come out to assess the issue for a fee, but it would take about 3 weeks to get them in. No thanks. Excellent Service The air conditioner unit in my home broke at what seemed to be the hottest day in Fort Lauderdale, and I was about to book a room at a hotel before I discovered Total. I called, they scheduled me an appointment for the very same day, and the service was very fast and friendly. They replaced my unit for a very reasonable price. Total gets it right! My sister has had repairs done to her fridge a couple of times in the last few years. The last repairman who came to her house told her that she needed to buy a new one but she couldn’t afford to replace it. I called Total for a second opinion and now her refrigerator is working like it’s supposed to. The best part is that the repairman told her that it’s a great fridge and that she has a lot time left with it! Thank you for your great work and expertise!

Great Service Our 7 year old washer needed service. The water was filling up very slowly. I found this company online and called them. They came out the same day. Turns out I just needed to replace a small plastic part which the service provider had right on his truck. It was quick and simple and the price seemed fair. The worker was clean and made sure to clean up the area before he left, which I appreciated. I would call them again if I need something fixed in the future.

Great company I don't normally write reviews online, but I was so happy with Total Appliance & AC that I had to. My water heater was on the fritz and I decided to call Total. They came out the same day, replaced a heating element and now it works like a charm. Very fast, and friendly service. Great prices too!
Great Company! It was great to finally find a repair company that does it all! Their website was easy to navigate and made it even easier for me to get a fast and reliable repair. I plan to sign up for the $26month deal, so I will always have an honest company to depend on for repairs. They were very friendly and seemed to actually care about my service. They also have been trained to fix almost all brands, but if they can't fix it, they'll replace it! What is better than that? It is a go to company for repairs!
