UPDATE: Was contacted by the owner after posting my review; he told us that the bank must not have sent our refund check. After 5 days, we received a money order as originally promised. Our refrigerator ice maker wasn't working, he came out quickly and asked for cash telling us it needed a new ice maker. We gave him $255 to replace. He replaced it and within 2 days it stopped working again. He came out 3 more times but could not repair. We asked for a partial refund which he said he would do. The service tech (Dennis )very nice and he was also on time,he located the problem, order the part and showed up the next day and repaired the problem,he's a honest handy man Taiwan and amber Adams
I found Total Air by reading reviews on them after my washing machine died. When I called Dennis said he would be out the next morning and would call first. I waited until 30 minutes after his final time to come here, then I called him. I was angry; however he told me his phone had died the night before and my info was on it. Ok, it can happen and he was willing to adjust the price down because of this. They were at my house in less than two hours after the call. Apparently the coil on the outside unit was very dirty, but they cleaned it and my ac runs like a champ now. And i only had to pay service call fee! Very happy!
