My mom and daughter had a BAD experience there last Saturday, one of the first customers when they open, UNFRIENDLY, DID NOT CONSOLE THEM BECAUSE THEY WERE SCARE ABOUT WAHAT WAS GOONG ON! THEY BOTH WENT THERE TOGETHER AND GOT TWO SEPARATE TEXTS: my daughter texts said POSITIVE, WITH NO LAB WORK! RecommendedMy daughter and I went in to be tested for Covid. She was very afraid and the nurse not only described how it would feel to her perfectly he was so gentle with her she didn’t feel a thing. We were in and out and she was also diagnosed with an ear infection her own doc missed. Great job.

We went to the TAUC in South County in March of 2019. We gave our insurance information during the visit and we're not presented a bill for any balance owed. Fast forward to September 2020. I received a Collection of Delinquent Account notice in the mail. When I called and spoke with the billing department I was told I should have received a bill in the mail, an email and a text message.
