Friendly, helpful associates. Clean and sanitized atmosphere. All the nurses, etc. were professional in their demeanor and so very helpful and reassuring..
It took 4 hours to get a test that takes seconds. Also don’t hold your breath waiting on results. It’d be different if all other urgent cares were taking as long for results but they are not. Everyone I know that got tested in various other urgent cares and hospitals last week got results in 24-48 hours. Hell I’ll be through quarantine by the time my results come back. I will NEVER GO TO TOTAL ACCESS for ANYTHING AGAIN nor do I recommend anyone else

Don't go here for covid testing it is ridiculous how long it takes to get your results.....12 days and counting then when you do call the lab will not take or return your call they also hang up on you if you push option 1 for covid test results....
very experienced , listen to the patient better than going to hospital. just all around they could be Rated #10
All of the people were very friendly and helpful. The nurse practitioner who stitched my hand was very kind and professional and thorough. I highly recommend the Florissant location if you are in need of medical care.

The location in Florissant MO was very clean staff Super nice professional and even though the wait was long because of the amount of patients, it was not bad. I actually recommended my mom and sis to go there.
