I visited yesterday after going to a different urgent care that wasn’t very helpful or seemed as if they cared. Total Access employees were awesome! I got the attention I needed and am home getting better. I understand that our hero’s are working so hard right now and I appreciated the care and love I received yesterday.
The staff was very pleasant, friendly, and attentive. I was there for quite awhile with step throat with my young so but I was checked on multiple times and given updates on why things were taking so long. As I was being walked out I was even referred to as the most patient patient LOL😊
I want to thank everybody at total access on St. Charles rock Road they took so good care of me this morning when I was so sick. They were very patient with me and made me very comfortable.
We came to be tested by for Covid and had excellent care by our nurse practitioner who took all the time that was needed to help answer our questions. Thank you total access urgent care for a job well done!
