Service was fast, helpful & friendly.
This facility was clean and the staff were knowledgeable and friendly.

Total Access Urgent Care was the only urgent care who would do a COVID test on me as I didn’t have any symptoms, but needed to know for work to make sure I didn’t put kids or other staff members at risk. I had exposure to a friend who tested positive for COVID and even with that no urgent care in the Bridgeton/Maryland Heights area would test me for it. The staff were all quite a delight and so nice...
I needed. to have a test done and I was signed in quickly. It was not long before I had it done. afterwards, it took only 20 mins to get my results.
that they are efficient and get you in and out in less time.
