RecommendedGreat experience, the nurse and doctor was very friendly and gave a lot of info..
It took 4 hours to get a test that takes seconds. Also don’t hold your breath waiting on results. It’d be different if all other urgent cares were taking as long for results but they are not. Everyone I know that got tested in various other urgent cares and hospitals last week got results in 24-48 hours. Hell I’ll be through quarantine by the time my results come back. I will NEVER GO TO TOTAL ACCESS for ANYTHING AGAIN nor do I recommend anyone else

RecommendedThis was my second visit to a Total Access Urgent Care location. These people are professional, , quick but not shoddy. They do their job in a methodical way, they don't skip steps. Last month they quickly diagnosed my spider bite and got me the antibiotic I needed. This time they figured out that I did not have an infection. My experience with these professionals is just Deluxe!

RecommendedEveryone was very professional and polite to me. My only complaint was that I had to wait two hours before I received my COVID test. I imagine that everyone was busy, and they did check on me twice, so things weren’t really bad—it was just a long wait.
RecommendedWent here to see if my husband had strep. He didn't but it was a good experience for our first time there. Lots of disinfecting. Very clean. Very nice front office and great doctors.
