Dr. Tosky is a phenomenal doctor. He delivered 2 of my 3 children and my oldest is 25 and my youngest is 8. I had 3 c-sections and I couldn't have asked for a better OB to deliver them. He is very caring and has always listened to my concerns. Highly recommend!!
