Do not do it... if you have a dog they will charge you almost $300 to replace all the carpet even if it was cleaned perfectly and tell you there was pet damage to the sub floor... so if you move in doby expect a deposit back at all!!!
While I do not live there I am told this is not a dog friendly management. New management is forcing families that have dogs that are not on the acceptable list to get rid of their dogs and or move. Anyone that has a dog knows the dogs are family members not to be disposed of like trash. This is wrong in so many ways. THIS IS A PLACE WHERE I WOULD NOT CHOOSE TO LIVE!
I hope you have to pay for legal action, not impressed at all with your property. No luxury is worth losing a faithful companion. This is bullshit and I wouldn't trust this company to screw the people who don't own dog's. Watch you hoa fees go way up. You should be ashamed of yourselves.
I hope legal action sets your management company straight or you experience a significant loss of tenants...I say purge by fire once all animals are out if this decision is carried through!!!! Your rating is less than poor.....
I really HATE even leaving one star for this property.. WHAT A DISGRACE TO YOU EVEN BEING CALLED A HUMAN BEING. let alone a company.. I don 't live there, and I am posting YOUR STUPID BSL rules ON every page that I can, for Pits, Rotties ETc.. We have owned a Rottie for the past 15 years, we have NEVER had a issue with agression, or a bite, or other mean acts.. BSL should be banned 150%. WAKE UP, its the bad owners NOT the bad dogs. Very sad to discover that misinformation, ignorance, and impulsive actions describe the style of the new management company. Their new breed restriction list demonstrates a fundamental flaw in the way they value and use facts along with a pitiful impulsiveness to bend to societal fear mongering.
So sad to force people to dispose of their family pets as if they're an old pair of shoes. This is incredibly ridiculous & disgusting! I suppose if you do not like animals, live here, or on the other hand, stay & feel stripped of your freedom & face losing a beloved family member (your dog). Unbelievable!
Too bad I can't give zero stars on here. This place is no longer a pet friendly environment. New management has taken over and has a horrible new policy.
