Visiting my sister for a week and although had to park a bit away from her apartment there was plenty of visitor parking. Had no issues and felt VERY safe as saw a couple officers patrolling throughout the day/evening. Loved the pool area and everyone seemed very nice. Only complaint was that her air conditioning was still not working properly after a week of trying to fix the issue, but the maintenance gentleman was SUPER NICE and has kept trying.
This apartment community would be great but the towing policy without at least a warning is a horrible decision from upper management. How about a warning with a big orange sticker at least? Not fair to new residents when they have visitors and the park in the only spot available for miles to come out to their vehicle to find it gone. $300 and a sketchy experience is a quick way to send someone down on their luck to the pits. Toscana used to be a good place. Most people loved it there. Everything was taken care of with a smile. And then they "transferred" the manager Jen. Someone else took over and everything went south. They changed the dog breed rule and a lot of people were told they could either move or get rid of their dog. Then a new employee started telling everyone Jen was bad at her job and talking trash about her. Really, are we gossiping 6th graders now!? I have left 3 voicemail's in regards to trying to pay my rent online, I need a registration code. NO ONE HAS RETURNED MY CALLS!!!!!! What is the point in leaving 3 voicemail's if no one is going to return my messages???!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Office staff doesn't return calls or is nearly impossible to get in touch with. The gym equipment is all broke. Have lived other places and felt a sense of community, there is no sense of community at Toscana.
