First and foremost they do not power wash the buildings at all. Our apartment was very dirty when we moved in and nothing was done when notified. I complained about bugs and was asked if I would like for maintenance to spray, never happened. However, you see a pest control fee on your statement every month. I put in a work order for our oven that stopped working about 2 months before we moved out and nothing ever happened. RecommendedMy husband and I have lived here for a few months and love it here!! James & Hannah are SO helpful and they always address my concerns with immediacy. I enjoy seeing happy faces that want to get to know who you are and ensure that you enjoy your home. The price is fantastic for the amenities included and the area is fantastic. You aren’t living next to a shopping center, but a residential neighborhood.
James in the leasing office is a crook. Illegally took my name off the lease and changed my locks. Yelled at me in the leasing office and slammed his laptop closed and stood up and balled his fists. He has anger issues and is going to end up costing the company he works for a LOT of money. Aside from the fact that what he did was Illegal, he just should not be working at a job where he is face to face with people.
Management SUCKS here! I have an injury requiring me to be no weight bearing and on crutches for 6 weeks. Went in to notify the front office today to see if there was anything they could do to help with the handicapped parking until I see my doctor TOMORROW to get a temporary tag. Nope, not helpful at all! James didn't look up from his desk, or much less get up. All he did was send the little girl to TRY and answer my questions. Friendly staff and hardworking maintenance crew. If I ever had a problem it was solved within 24 hours or sooner. Reasonably priced. Highly recommend this apartment complex!
