Fantastic 'Old School' atmosphere with terrific service and delicious food. Would definitely recommend the Tortoise based on our first visit. We'll certainly return to enjoy another great dinner experience!

Loved there french onion soup. Best part was My server Maggie! My first visit there and she made it a Pleasant experience :) will return to try the burger. Cesar sause was tasty too for all who like more salty then sweet!

A great place place, decor takes you back in time when you got dressed up to go out, was there on Saturday for drinks an listened to great jazz trio, after we attended the Opera. Returned last Thursday to celebrate my birthday, hectic day at work, Debbie had great burger, the other menu items look very good by the way. We're returning in a couple of weeks to meet friends there on a Friday,for great drinks and food and some great jazz. Definitely worth the time to check this place.
